Historically a man in thrall to the harsh mistress that is stand-up comedy, now Gordon wages his battles in the ravaged landscape of the state school. As he curates his own existence, he exhibits artifacts from his northern roots, in particular, bringing a ‘flat cap vibe’ directly into the heart of Woking. He is the only genuine DJ working on the show and is indeed for hire. Gordon enjoys referring to himself in the third person.
